Orion MPULSE Soldering System

The Orion mPulse is easy to use, compact and inexpensive. The power of 1 to 30 watts can be set in 0.5 joule steps in the range from 1 to 15 watts and rom 15 watts in 1 joule steps. At the smallest setting, the welding spot has a diameter of approx. 0.5 mm, depending on the material. The largest setting of 30 W produces a spot weld with a diameter of approx. 1.25 mm, also depending on the material.

• Front-facing ports: The Orion mPulse provides easier access to cable ports by placing the stylus and grounding ports on the front of the welder. You can connect the stylus and the ground quickly without having to rearrange your bench or shop.

Only the Orion mPulse provides advanced power precision with its Dual Zone Power Range. From one to 15 joules, you can adjust power in half-joule increments; from 16 to 30 you can adjust power in full joule increments, making power selection more precise, faster and easier.
  
• Keep software up-to-date: The advanced software on the new Orion mPulse can be updated when new software versions become available.
  
• Versatile application: The mPulse is ideal for gold, silver and many other metals. It is an outstanding alternative to conventional soldering and impresses with its compact dimensions, which fit on almost any workbench.
  
• Efficient vertical working area: The vertical working range of the handpiece is 145 mm, which gives you more flexibility for delicate work.
