Mini Pickle Acid Bath Pickling Unit

A compact and efficient solution for smaller jewellery workshops, this mini pickle unit is designed for precision cleaning of soldered components. Perfect for removing oxidation, fire-stain, and flux residues, it’s an essential tool for anyone working with precious metals.

Crafted from acid-resistant materials, the unit safely heats pickling solutions such as safety pickle or diluted sulphuric acid to an optimal working temperature of 65°C. The durable plastic lid helps to minimise evaporation and should remain in place during use.

Easy to operate—simply connect to a mains supply and switch on via the red button. The unit reaches working temperature in approximately 20 minutes. A liquid level indicator is included internally to ensure safe operation. Do not use with concentrated acids or allow the liquid to fall below the half-full mark.
