The Legor OXIFEND100 is a concentrated anti-tarnish passivation solution developed for use on metals with low natural corrosion resistance such as silver, brass, bronze, low-karat gold, and electroplated surfaces. It forms an invisible protective layer that shields against tarnishing caused by hydrogen sulphide, UV light, synthetic sweat, and humidity. When diluted at a 1:20 ratio, one 5L container yields 100 litres of ready-to-use solution. It can be applied by either immersion or electrolytic method, making it suitable for detailed items like chains and recessed components.

• Avoid mechanical drying methods

Water Quality:

• Use demineralised water with conductivity below 3 µS/cm for dilution and maintenance

Maintenance Guidelines:

• Monitor refractive index (target: 4 – 6 Brix)
• When R.I. drops by 1 point, add 12.5ml/L of OXIFEND100
• Replace solution every 4–6 months or when naturally exhausted
