EVE Eveflex Twist Radial Discs - Mounted- All Grades

EVE EVEFLEX Twist Radial Discs are purpose-built for fast, controlled finishing on contoured and non-flat metal surfaces. Designed for jewellers and dental technicians, the flexible lamellar fins adapt to curves and tight areas, giving clean access where conventional wheels struggle.

The rubber-bonded discs contain abrasive throughout the material, so fresh cutting edges are continually exposed as the disc wears. No messy compounds are needed. The open, ventilated construction runs cool, limiting heat build-up and protecting delicate work.

Suitable for precious and non-precious metals, including platinum, gold, silver, copper, stainless steel and chrome-cobalt alloys.

Colour and grade guide:
Blue (#500 Extra Coarse) - rapid stock removal and shaping on chrome-cobalt, stainless and other non-precious alloys.
Dark Grey (#600 Coarse) - shaping, pre-polish and oxide or scratch removal on precious and non-precious metals.
Brown (#700 Medium) - smoothing and satin to pre-polish finishes.
Green (#800 Fine) - high-lustre polishing.
Light Green (#900 Extra Fine) - final, super-high lustre.

Technical details: shank 2.35 mm (3/32"), disc diameter 17 mm, thickness 1.6 mm, overall length 45 mm, recommended speed 7,000-12,000 rpm.
